It's been almost 2 months since we ordered internet and phone and we still don't have internet or phone. They took a month to come out and activate it and it still doesn't work. I can't even get through their customer services reps to find out exactly what the issue is or how it's going to get done. I've even tried speaking with supervisors. They say they will call back. Never once has happened. I've been told they are having system errors, I've been on hold multiple times for at least 30 minutes each time and get disconnected before the rep picks up or can't even give my requested account info to the rep before getting dropped. I have never in my life experienced such a disorganized and unhelpful company. I mean that in all honestly. I never leave reviews but this company is horrible. I felt potential customers had a right to know.
