Alison W | 07-11-2021

The pricing is alright, speed is okay, when I can actually use the service. I get Cable TV and Internet from them, and it seems like it's almost every other day that I lose internet service, or both internet and cable service, for hours at a time. And there have been multiple-city-including outages that have been hitting my area almost once a week for the past few months, sometimes lasting all day or more. And yet they want to send a tech into my house for $100+ bucks just to tell me it's on their end.
