The speed of the internet is okay but my experience with the internet itself was horrible, the online button just never shows up at least once a month. The customer service is a bit lazy (they can't even fix the online thing through any sort of button clicking. Very disappointing.) I also had a time when my live agent ghosted me. When contacting support, they keep asking me to schedule a pricey appointment instead of spending 5 minutes clicking buttons. If there was another internet provider in my area, I would be switching with no hesitation. Why is the pricing stupidly high? No one wants an internet that pays 100+ a month to be out every week. It's disappointing.
