Disgusted every time I call in I get some run around and can't get to a person. When I finally did I had a rally nice guy help me set up an appointment to come out but then someone else called like I was a dummy and he still found out work has to be done outside! Then they cancelled on me! They called to confirm and I pushed button to confirm! I've been sitting here waiting for someone to call! I need the internet for my visitors for their work!!!!

The dsl internet that I was provided with by AT&T as part of my Direct TV deal is awful. It is as slow as dial up and mutiple devices will bogg it down completely.

I've been a charter subscriber for years. While the price isn't cheap, for what I get, the service is great. Between two laptops, three streaming media devices, and three smart phones the bandwidth handles everything. Almost non existent are delays in data. In our own test everything ran at the same time on separate day only had one lag anomaly ever. So if you have many active devices, go with charter.
