This service is continuously buffering all week we have had bad internet. We even paid to upgrade our modem $250.00

While things started out great with a constant 800+mbps over the last 8 months we have had almost daily outages on our internet making us wonder why we’re paying for the “service” at all as the have ad to manually restart both the router and modem almost daily

Excellent service, and the price (with the usual discount) can't be beaten. I've been really pleased with them overall, even though we do tend to have a lot of service outages on the phone lines and power. Throughput is good, though the download speed is VASTLY faster than the upload, so posting photos can take some patience.

I never have received worse costumer service from a company. My service was incorrectly disconnected and they told me oh well, leaving me with no notification that my services would be ending and they are unable to return my service. I was told I would have to restart services from scratch. I am a long time costumer - never missed a payment. I will never be using their services again, beware!
