Customer reviews of internet providers in Farmington

CenturyLink

Brooke C | 01-20-2022

This has been the worst service ever! I have internet with them. My internet went down and I was told my modem was bad. Had to wait for another one. A tech had to come out and he said my modem was not bad. He got the old one up and going again. Internet went down again. I had no internet for almost 2 months. Was told I would get credit for it. Was never received the credit. Then my service was shut off. Set up a payment three times. Service was still not back on. But….. then they try selling my direct tv. Get it together people!!! Would never recommend CenturyLink to anyone!

"There has to be something better than this," that's a tag line for you. There are outages that one has to either put up with, or complain until they are blue in the face in order to get a credit. Ok, let me put it this way, why does COMCAST have the nation's worst rating of ANY company selling ANYTHING in America when it comes to customer service?
