Shentel tells you one price at the beginning and then goes up after that decent speed especially if you have 5G but it still goes in and out buffers so you tell me very expensive in my opinion for unlimited.

Reconnected cable and let C.S. we needed everything resumed. Auto pay was not put back. Bill is $300 and mom hasn't been back home a month yet. Way over priced and customer service ignored payment method request.

They are the only game in town, so I'm stuck with them and they know it. Cost tomuch and the coverage is iffy.

They are very reliable . The customer service can't be beat . We pay a very reasonable price for the service we get .

I call isp they set me up for appointment,and when the person gets here . the person is very friendly and courtious.

They are putting a data cap on in this may ( which is dumb when you get thirty mbs speed you have four hundred GB of data for a whole year) if it rains hard the net cuts in and out but it's shentel or Hughes (which has horrible speed)
