Horrible customer service. Sneaky price hikes. Mediocre speed. Incompetent billing. The only reason I've stayed with this God-awful company is the lack of providers in my area.

The speed is good. Mostly more than any server can support. But they are coy about price rises. The rise from $70-$95 after one year was not unexpected, even if it wasn't spelled out. They give the price for the first year but don't make the second year obvious. A year later they have jacked the price to $150, so we will be parting company. At best they hope I won't notice, but I can get more for less from Comcast now. I think you have to be willing to swap rates and change services when it suits you.

Internet has worked fine for years with 0 changes to account. Suddenly fiber wire is installed in the neighborhood and Wi-Fi speed drops so slow that sometimes Netflix and webpages cannot load. They reduced my speed, didnā€™t tell me and charge me the same. Immoral business Ripping off customers

For 11 years my internet has been spotty, unreliable, and when it does work it is intermittent When we have a steady rain I know we will lose internet. Many many calls and visits by servicemen to our house has never fixed the problem for more than a couple of weeks. And now i get a letter stating that in order to maintain our excellent service they have to raise our rates!!! This is despicable!

This is by far the worst provider I've ever worked with. Prices for a slow speed DSL service with phone are over $100.00. There is no interest from the company to adjust pricing based on other providers because they are the only game in town. Now that we have a viable Satellite internet option (Starlink), we'll just have to see how long they can keep their prices as high as they are. For price comparison, my DSL bill is about $115.00 for a 10mb connect with an average delay of 120ms. My Starlink bill is $135.00 for a connection that varies from 80mb to 250mb with only a 20-40ms delay. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Horrible, constantly have ā€œunfixableā€ problems. Off and on constantly. Barely get 1mbps down, ping is very high, over 1,000ms. Should be getting 3mbps down, they cant even provide that. Every time a guy comes itā€™s ā€œYou should upgrade your internetā€. I doubt that would even be faster, itā€™s on their end.

I like that it bundles with my landline phone service, but I think the price of both of them is high for the service provided. I have appealed to them via email about my modem and its age, but never received a response.
