I have had att for a long time. I have accepted slow internet. But since they installed their own modem the the service is horrible. Takes me off line constantly and often. Average speed is 119.13 MBPS. My average is 778 KBPS. Time to change.

horrible, been lie to so many times. do not trust them. horrible culture. ATT lied about promos on their phone, only for me to get charged full price while tricking me into signing up for direct TV... they are not ATT anymore.. they are direct TV and guess what, it sucks
