I would like to be able to not give a single star. Trying to talk to an agent is maddening. I was on the verge of screaming or swearing or pounding my desk or some combination of all three choices. I had a conversation with Customer Service at Amazon recently. It was amazingly easy and pleasant. The person (as in human being) told me they are trained to not hang up until the customer does. Xfinity will end your call if you do not make one of the given choices! What a difference between two large companies.

Worst provider ever. Bait and switch price kept going up. Internet was slow, tv picture pixeled out all the time and lagged. Called 5 times to get resolved. Someone came out to raise internet speed and the price, of course, and it is even worse!

During the past couple of months, I have been having difficulties with this company. All started when I was charged for PRISM, even though I never had this service. I have called every month since April and I received promised that it will be corrected without any success. This month I was charged late fee when in reality I paid on time and the amount that I was told. I am still over charged and worse of all, every time that I called they have me on the phone for over one hour after being transferred from one person to another. I don't know if they communicate but it appears that no one seems to take the time to correct this problem. I have been with this company for many years and never have problems until this year. I am not only intent to cancel my services but I will also complete a report with the BBB. I am concern that all these problems may interfere with my perfect credit report.

I've been a customer of century link for years. Never had a problem until I moved to village 7. I have been here since 2014 and have never had great service. They have tried over the phone so many times I should charge them for my time of not only being on hold,but never solving the problem. They have sent out a tech who was just as stumped in person as the ones on the phone. My service goes on and off continually during use. I've had the geek squad out...no answer..I've bought 2 new P C's, I've installed a dedicated phone line,I've bought 3 modems...I'm so sick and tired of calling them that I gave up calling...and now it's time to give up on customer loyalty and kick ,'em to the curb. Sometimes paying my loyalty price is NOT WORTH A CRAPPY INTERNET CONNECTION!! The answer they all say is...you are on the edge between fiber optic and dsl... problem is...I get nothing...no internet service of any kind that is reliable...I can't do my husband's business on the PC....I have to do it all on my tablet and send it to the PC to save in a file..buh bye century link..
