Albuquerque Residential Internet Coverage

Albuquerque, the urban hub of New Mexico, enjoys service from many reliable internet service companies. Those who want cutting-edge fiber technology often choose Centurylink Prism, which currently reaches central and northwestern areas like Se Heights, Nob Hill, Summit Park, Paradise Hills, and Volcano Cliffs. Through the CenturyLink DSL network, almost all of Albuquerque enjoys access to internet service; this excludes the small southwestern neighborhood of Valley Gardens. The Xfinity network is nearly identical.

Customers throughout Albuquerque enjoy access to the TW Telecom network, although service stops before reaching the northeastern areas of Albuquerque Acres, Heritage, and Tanoan. The Zayo Group network reaches central and eastern neighborhoods, from Silver Hill in the central part of the city to Embudo Canyon in the east.

Service through Cyber Mesa Telecom is accessible in Victory Hills, Altura, Snow Heights, and Alameda Valley.

Several central neighborhoods fall into the service area of CityLink Telecommunications, such as Netherwood Park, Sandia Ridge, Highland, and Parkland Hills.

In addition, the entirety of Albuquerque falls into the Megapath service area.

They lie about ACP benefits. Dont trust them. I qualified they told me I would get the discount then kept saying they cant get my ACP number to work. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told " none are there". left on hold for over an hour on one call 52 minutes on another.

Heads up: If you need to cancel your service (and you should!), Centurylink no longer prorates bills, so they will charge you for a full month of service once the bill for the month has been generated--regardless of your cancelation date. Their service is spotty and slow, and their infrastructure--website, app, etc.-- is incredibly outdated. If you need to reach a person, be prepared to wait. I found significantly cheaper, faster, and more reliable service with another provider. I should have canceled my Centurylink service years ago.

Worst internet service I've ever had. Feel like living in third world country. Outage happens at least once every two weeks. Average solving time for it is 2days. Longest time was a week. Speed is good local store service is ok. But when outage happen they can do nothing. Even just provide the detail or est time.
